In our endless quest to let no space be wasted, we’ve been aging various highly-seasonal ingredients throughout papercut and Konbini just for the love of the game. Sometimes it sends up amazing, sometimes it doesn’t. The experiments that do turn out great are going to show up as specials. They will be available as long as the base ingredient lasts. Once it’s gone, it’s gone. Maybe a year later, when we can get the same ingredients, we’ll bring something back.
